Today I want to share with you a card that I made with a bubble frame from Globecraft Memories.

This little card was quick, easy, and a wonderful way to meet the new neighbors. I covered the frame/card with paper and then distressed it with ink. I embossed the stamped image of the houses and used chalks and a blender pen to color the houses in. I popped out the smaller frame with double sided foam tape.

I punched a small header shape and stamped on it "Welcome to the neighborhood!" I added a key from the Piccolo card Set #4 that I embossed with Siam Silver. The new neighbors LOVED it and I hope you do too.
